This game is a solid 9. Not a 10 though.

The story is good, but not great. And a couple of mechanics hold it back slightly. Eg Driving.

Fix these and add some polish eg radio stations and better npc interaction and then this game is a 10.

This game is every bit as good as gta 4, it’s just that gta 5 raised the bar somewhat.

Still, i would rate this as gta 5’s closely related cousin. Both possess great genetics, they just come from a slightly different gene pool.
