The Zenyatta Gameplay Preview Footage [HD 1080P/60FPS] can be found courtesy of Blizzard Entertainment and our buddies over at GamersPrey HD on YouTube (an all-in-one source for high resolution video game trailers and gameplay). Below you’ll get to see more of what press and convention go-ers have been playing iteratively as development moves forward for Overwatch. The Overwatch were tasked with preventing human extinction against an army run by an artificial intelligence. So far the response has been generally positive from hands-on gameplay of the game. Check out the footage below:

Overwatch is being published on Windows PC and Mac OS X, though it seems possible it could come to PS4 and Xbox ONE at some time. It’s all about playable characters with unique identities, skills, and weapons. It’s also set in a futuristic version of the real world. Each Hero has their own style with some prepared strategically better for certain maps than others, increased armor, provide buffs for the team, and another designed all around for offensive maneuvers. Zenyatta is the new hero character being shown off in today’s Gameplay Footage.

In Payload Game Mode a team tries to stop a bomb from going off as it travels through out the map. Then switch sides and defend its route against the other team. There’s also a Point Capture Mode in which different locations are battled after.

Originally the game had a few snags with other entities trying to take ownership of the name’s trademark itself. Those issues appear to have been resolved though, and Blizzard is expected to release the Beta for Fall 2015 pending their own official time tables. Subsequently the announcement that Destiny and Hearthstone alone are host to 50 million players (all together across both) has Activision Blizzard a strong duo continuing throughout the year, at least fiscally. Black Ops 3 is expected to release and it’s great to see Blizzard keeping their own unique style while being merged, it shows the massive respect that the creative successes of titles like World of Warcraft, Diablo, StarCraft, and now Hearthstone has earned them.
