Hong Kong gamers seem to be getting some cool Switch bundles coming their way this summer. Nothing has been made 100% official yet by Nintendo of Hong Kong, but two bundles have been spotted. Hong Kong seems to getting the green and pink joycon Splatoon 2 bundle, and the Monster Hunter XX bundle, which currently is only officially announced for Japan. The launch date is stated for August 25th, which is the same date as it’s Japanese release. It comes with the game, grey joycons, and a special Monster Hunter dock and Switch. It should be cool for Hong Kong gamers, and we will see if it comes to be true.
Monster Hunter XX is CAPCOM’s next big entry into the franchise. Yesterday it had a playable Demo you could check out, and various outlets took plenty of screenshots for us to enjoy. Monster Hunter XX comes out on August 25th in Japan for Nintendo Switch, with no word on Western localization yet.
The man who had stated that Monster Hunter World was coming to the Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC has now said that CAPCOM is developing a new Monster Hunter game for the Switch. Instead of a port of Monster Hunter World or localizing Monster Hunter XX.” Now this just a rumor of course and we don’t have much information to go on, but it is the same person who leaked Monster Hunter World, so he may still be a trust worthy source. What do you think? Is CAPCOM developing a separate and new Monster Hunter title for the Nintendo Switch?
