There isn’t a whole lot of information for this title so far but according to TheSixthAxis, it will take place after the end of the first World War. The game will put players in the role of a doctor who returns to his homeland, currently plagued by the Spanish Flu. While treating one of his infected patients, the good doctor is bitten and transforms into a Vampire.
The doctor will find himself in a bit of a moral conundrum; should he come to the aid of those in need, or give into his vampire side and feed. It seems the Y in the title pertains to the choices players will be presented within the game. Much like their upcoming Life is Strange title, the choices won’t be so Black and White (Or Black and Red).
No release date or platforms has been announced yet, as the game is still pretty early on in the development stage. Stay tuned.
