Sony announced today that DriveClub will not launch with the Sony PlayStation 4 as originally scheduled. This is a double whammy for early adopters since the game is also planned as a DriveClub PS+ Edition (for free) and will basically be lacking as a free launch game for PS4 early owners. Of course, with all delays we hope that the game in question is being developed with care and this delay could indicate a respect for the development process. In other words, this delay could be a good thing and could represent Sony caring more about quality than timing for DriveClub.
The good news? Contrast will be launching with the PlayStation 4 and will be free for PlayStation Plus members. Resogun will also be launching alongside the Sony PS4. Stay tuned for more PlayStation 4 news on RealGamerNewz.com as the next-gen launch approaches next month.
