If you’re a big fan of EverQuest or just love MMORPG’s in general then you should be pretty pumped to find that there’s going to be another EverQuest and it’s called Next Landmark. This game is coming to the free-to-play market alongside a new iteration of the mainstay franchise that Sony flipped on the MMO world some years back. EverQuest is affectionately known as EverCrack by its players and EverSince it came out the industry hasn’t been the same since. Early comparisons for EverQuest Next Landmark include people talking a bout similarities between the F2P MMO and the voxel sandbox game Minecraft.
Time will tell just exactly how accurate these comparisons are being drawn, but one thing’s for certain – you’ll be able to get your hands on it this Winter 2013 on PC. Shouts to Sony Online Entertainment who is hosting their own west coast event as we speak, complete with drinking, swimming pool luxury, and even a recovery breakfast according to our west coast crew, sounds intense!
