Bethesda has announced that players will be able to get their hands on a retail copy of Wolfenstein: The Old Blood starting July 21st.

For those who are unaware, The Old Blood was released digitally last month for PC and current gen consoles, as a standalone prequel to last year’s Wolfenstein: The New Order. Set in 1946, TOB features protagonist B.J. Blazkowicz in a two-part mission, infiltrating Bavaria to put an end to the Nazi menace.

Official Plot details:

“Part one of Wolfenstein: The Old Blood – Rudi Jäger and the Den of Wolves – pits BJ Blazkowicz against a maniacal prison warden as he breaks into Castle Wolfenstein in an attempt to steal the coordinates to General Deathshead’s compound. In part two – The Dark Secrets of Helga Von Schabbs – our hero’s search for the coordinates leads him to the city of Wulfburg where an obsessed Nazi archaeologist is exhuming mysterious artifacts that threaten to unleash a dark and ancient power.”

You can pre-order Wolfenstein: The Old Blood at your favorite retailer starting today.
