Max Payne is a franchise name that jumpstarts the fondest of fond memories for Action / Shooter gameplay fans who were lucky enough to have experienced this primarily PC and PlayStation 2 gem. Considered to hold the potential to live up to the classic by many, the third installment of Max Payne is headed to release May 15, 2012.
It is also potential, however, that Rockstar Games has decided to announce waves of Downloadable Content for the game (some of which is of course, paid DLC) before the game even releases.
Until the fans of gaming giants like Rockstar games react to announcements like this they will continue to be considered acceptable. Right now the community seems to be divided on this issue with many gamers turning a blind eye and apathetic shrug of the shoulders to the whole situation while others are up in arms about it.
