The all new Amazon Fire Stick is apparently up against the Chromecast Streaming stick in competition since it’s announcement. Why are they in competition you ask? Simply because they are almost similar. Both use HDMI ports to plug in and work and both use streaming in order to entertain. But what do they stream. Well Chromecast is about $35 and Streams and uses all the famous apps like YouTube, Netflix, HBO Go and many others and also has the options to stream the media to a mobile phone, tablet, laptop, or Cromebook. The Amazon Fire stick on the other hand from what amazon argues, has more processing power with a duel core processor, a 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage, all the streaming options of Youtube, Netflix, HBO Go, Hulu Plus, etc… and also has Amazon Prime which Cromecast does not have. Also when buyers receive their Amazon Fire Stick after it finally releases get a remote control for the device and a free, 30-day trial of Amazon Prime and Netflix. They sound pretty even to me but that is for you consumers to decide. The Amazon Fire Stick is available for pre-order and is available November 19th (Amazon will ship on that date if pre-ordered or purchased that day)
